Users - Navigating Your Way Around
1 – Erudus One: this is your home button: pressing this will always return you to your user dashboard.
2 – Product Search: this allows you to search for product specifications using Erudus Technical Search.
3 – Supplier Dashboard: this will navigate to your supplier dashboard.
5 & 22 – Click here for help: raise and send us a support ticket as well as user guides and walkthrough videos for new users and refresher training.
6 – Home: by clicking this at any time it will bring you back to this above screen.
7 – Products Menu: clicking this will bring up a drop-down menu allowing access to adding new products, viewing published products, viewing drafts, importing brandbank products, product visibility with wholesalers and integrity reports of your published products.
9 – Customers: this is where any requests for documentation from brand owners will be displayed.
11 – Users: this screen will display any users that have been set up with access or allow you to add or remove a user to your manufacturer account (this will only be displayed if you have the correct admin access).
13 - Search Bar: Using this function will allow you to search either by username or email through all of your users.
14 - Run Search: this will run the specified search you set in (13).
15 - Results per Page: This filter allows you to change the number of users is shown on each search page, the options are either 10, 20, 50 or 100 results per page.
17 - User's Name: All of the users set up to your supplier account will be displayed here. By clicking any individual username will allow you to edit the details or access rights.
18 - User's Email: this will display the email address associated with each user. In the above image, some of these are blurred out for privacy purposes.
19 - User's Company: this will display the company associated with each user. This will only be displayed if this has been filled in by the person who created the user or the user themselves.
20 - User's Last Logged In: this will display when the user last logged into Erudus. This can be used to determine accounts which are no longer used.
21 - Edit: clicking the green pencil icon allows you to edit the user details or access rights.
